Based on paragraph 3 of article 14 and paragraph 5 of article 77 of Organic Law of Georgia – the Election Code and paragraph 12 of article 30 of Organic Law of Georgia on “Political Unions of Citizens", the Central Election Commission of Georgia resolves the following:

Article 1. The amounts of funds provided to political parties for purpose of provision of financial support to cover TV advertising expenses shall be approved in accordance with the annex 1.

Article 2. The rule for transferring funds defined by article 1 of this decree shall be approved in accordance with the annex 2.

Article 3. This Decree can be appealed at Administrative Case Panel of Tbilisi City Court (address: Agmashenebeli Alley 12th kilometre, No 6) within 2 calendar days upon its receipt.

Article 4. This Decree shall come into force upon promulgation.
