Determining of the rule for distribution and use of the funds allocated by the state for regular Elections of the President of Georgia of 27 October 2013

Based on subparagraph “m” of paragraph 1 of article 14 and paragraph 5 of article 77 of Organic Law of Georgia – the Election Code and “Georgian Law on State Budget of 2013” the Central Election Commission resolves the following:

Article 1. The rule for distribution and use of the funds allocated by the state for the regular Elections of the President of Georgia of 27 October 2013 (financial estimate) shall be approved in accordance with the annex.

Article 2. This Decree can be appealed at Administrative Case Panel of Tbilisi City Court (address: Agmashenebeli Alley 12th kilometre, No 6) within 2 calendar days upon its receipt.

Article 3. This Decree shall come into force upon promulgation
