She was born on September 27, 1963.

Education:

In 1986 she graduated from the Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Law. Is a member of the Georgia Bar Association.

Work Experience:

In 1989, the State Institute of Business Zugdidi branch head teacher.

In 2002-2004 she worked at the association "Atinati" as a lawyer.

In 2004-2005 she was the head teacher of the Tbilisi State University's Zugdidi Branch of economics.

In 2005, the laywer at Zugdidi office of Norwegian Refugee Council.

2001-2012 she was the author and anchor at radio "Atinati" juridical program.

In 2006-2007 she was a member of the Public Monitoring of Penitentiary Institutions of the Ministry of Justice N4.

From 2005 to the present is the "Legal Defense Institute 'lawyer and board member of the organization. Pachkoria also owns a 6% share of the LTD "alliance".
