International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy (ISFED), one of key Non-Governmental Organisations (NGO) in Georgia, says the Second Round of Parliamentary Elections is better organised than the first round was.
Only 0,3percent of polling stations were not ready to host voters exactly at 8am in the morning, when the figure for the October 8 First Round of Parliamentary Elections was 4,2percent ,” ISFED said.
No major violations were detected at 99,5percent of polling stations,” ISFED added.
The NGO said "100percent of its observes were enabled to monitor the electoral process without any obstacles.”
For now the NGO observers made 10 remarks, wrote 9 appeals to the precinct election commission and 6 to the district election commission.
Most of the appeals were because of procedural violations, ISFED said.
